I’m new – can I join?

Yes! Pre-Release events are open to everybody, and are perfect for casual or new players.

What do I need to bring?

Nothing! Everything you need to play is provided on the day. However, we do recommend sleeving your deck, and bringing something like dice or a notepad to track life totals.

What should I expect on the day?

Lots of excitement! Everyone cracks packs, builds decks, then plays casual games. It doesn’t matter if you win or lose, it’s all about exploring the new heroes and having fun.

Are decklists required?

Nope! The event is casual. You can even swap heroes between rounds and try out some of the other cards you opened.

What if I don’t know how to play the new heroes?

Don’t worry, everyone else is figuring it out, too! Look out for the Pre-Release Guide, which will be published on fabtcg.com a few days beforehand. It will explain how to play each of the heroes and how to build a strong deck.
