I ordered over a thousand dollars of sim racing equipment on one day and it was in my post office box within two days.i emailed the company asking if they could contact me when a backordered piece came in and it was not a problem.i highly recommend this company.

These lads are the absolute best. When I first inquired about my PC, Nick (whom had to deal with me) went out of his way to keep me in the loop the whole time. That right there was fantastic, but he kept the ball rolling by answering all of my silly questions. But the best part, is they worked their butts off getting my part in and assembled. it really was a excellent experience and i would recommend these beauties for any of your computer needs!

Not only does VI PC Builder carry Moza Racing sim racing gear, but they have the best prices I've seen anywhere — and they are on the Island, so I can buy locally! When I needed a specific component, Eric from VI tracked it down for me, got in touch when it was available, and had it shipped to me within days. Hands down the best service I've ever experienced! Kudos to Eric and VI PC Builder. I will 100% be buying from them again.

VI PC Builder and Games is without a single doubt in my mind, the best computer shop on southern Vancouver Island.
Nick was a SUPERSTAR, he was super kind and knowledgeable while helping me pick out some upgrades we made to my gaming/photo editing PC. He helped me pick out and install parts such as more RAM, an additional SSD for more storage, a new graphics card to replace my old GPU, and rethermal pasting my CPU.
I was so impressed by the service and knowledge that I recommended VI PC to my partner who was looking for a gaming PC. Nick was transparent about pricing, and promptly communicated any updates regarding her custom build. They were great and worked to build a system within her budget.
They also have a selection of preconfigured/prebuilt PCs that are ready to rock right away, with competitive pricing for the amazing quality.
If you’re looking for a new gaming PC, want to trade your current one in, or are looking to upgrade parts, go to VI PC. I cannot recommend these folks enough.

I want to give this shop my first review in google. The staff working here are very patient and professional, and the charges are very reasonable because they can solve various pc issues very quickly. If you want to have a gaming pc in Duncan, nowhere is better than here!
