Event Policy

Thank you for attending events at VI PC Builder. Our goal is to create a safe, respectful, and enjoyable environment for all participants. By attending our events, you agree to comply with the following policies: 

General Conduct

Respectful behaviour: All attendees must treat fellow participants, staff, and store property with courtesy and respect. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated under any circumstances.

Event participation: Please arrive on time and follow all event guidelines as directed by VI PC Builder staff or designated organizers.

Minors: Attendees under the age of 13 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times. VI PC Builder does not assume responsibility for unaccompanied minors. 

Store property: Intentional damage to store property or merchandise may result in immediate removal from the event and further action, including liability for damages.

Prohibited Items and Activities

Drugs and alcohol: The possession, use, or distribution of illegal drugs or alcohol on the premises is strictly prohibited.

Outside food and beverages: Outside food and drink are not permitted within the store, unless explicitly authorized by staff for a designated event.

Weapons: No real or replica weapons are permitted on store premises. Exceptions for cosplay or props may be granted at the discretion of staff.

Smoking and vaping: Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside the store or immediately outside the entrance. 

Media Disclaimer

By entering VI PC Builder and participating in events, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Photography, video, and audio recordings may take place during events. These recordings may be used by VI PC Builder for promotional, commercial, and archival purposes, including but not limited to: websites, social media, and other marketing materials.

If you do not wish to appear in photos or recordings, please inform a staff member upon arrival. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, full exclusion from all media coverage cannot be guaranteed. 

Remaining on the premises constitutes your implicit consent to be photographed or recorded by VI PC Builder without compensation or additional consent. 

EXCEPTION: Children and Minors under the age of 16 may be photographed, but these photos/videos will not be posted or used publicly in any way.

Right to Refuse Service

VI PC Builder staff reserve the right at their discretion to refuse service or entry to any individual who violates this policy or whose conduct is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or harmful to others.

Legal Disclaimer

By attending events or being present on the premises of VI PC Builder, you agree to waive any and all claims against VI PC Builder, its employees, owners, or affiliates for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property that may occur during your visit. Participation in events is voluntary and at your own risk. VI PC Builder is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages resulting from event activities, including but not limited to gameplay, equipment use, or crowd conditions.
